Breakfast in a pan

8 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
4 Slices of Bread, ripped or cubed (no crusts)
1 tbs Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Raisins (optional)

In a large bowl, wisk together eggs, milk, paprika and ground mustard. Stir in cheese, bread cubes and raisins (if using) until moistened. Melt butter in a pan at medium heat and spread to coat. Pour mixture into pan and let cook 5 minutes or until "flippable" and halfway cooked. Using a spatula, cut into 4 quarters, and flip each quarter. Continue cooking until no longer raw (2-3 minutes). Serve warm plain or with syrup or salt.

Serves 4 adults.
